Midnight Moon Dress

I’ve ordered the dress in April, but I’m still waiting for it… I’ve tried to reach costumer service and DM you on Instagram, but till today there is no response…

I never saw a story about requesting a refund after a post was made about changing the dress design. I feel like that should have been an email to anyone who pre-ordered.
With that said, I've reached out twice on the company page and email to request a return/refund never got a response.
Onto the Dress for the potential shoppers: It's very tight, like 5 of the stones immediately popped off just trying it on. It's basically only flattering on someone who is wearing skims underneath or someone incredibly tiny with a very flat stomach. I'm 5'4, 158 lbs, C cup and this dress humbled me so much I wanted to rip it off my skin.

measurments were wrong so it did not fit me, poor cheap quality and I did not get the rings I ordered. sent an email about it and never got a reply.

I was so excited for this dress when I first saw it posted. I even set a timer for preorder so I wouldn't miss it. After about a month of purchasing, I saw the Instagram story (disappeared after 24 hours) that stated it would be delayed due to manufacturing issues. There was a spot for me to reply with my order number to get more info, but I never received a response or an email. Over a month had passed with no update other than another disappearing Instagram story that the fabric of the dress would now be crushed velvet. Then I emailed in asking for any updates and they thankfully provided one. It shipped incredibly fast once I got the shipping notification. The dress came in and it seemed honestly a little on the cheaper side for the $50 price point. The fabric was a very stretchy almost leotard material. The rhinestoning was settled well as far as durability, but the placement seemed sloppy in some areas. The measurements were very questionable on the size chart that it seemed like all sizes would be way too small for me, so I went with a Medium just in case (I'm normally a small.) Overall, I'm still happy with the dress, but it seems like the there are some communication obstacles and I hope they get better. I noticed that there is a lot of different products being put out seemingly every other week, but a lot of comments on Instagram from customers share my similar frustrations. I wish the best for this company and I love their designs so much that I will most likely purchase again, just with a different mindset and set of expectations.
