The Lakes Garden Ring

The products are fine but once you have issues with your order nobody cares.
I received only a part my order, the ring is still missing. They do not even respond to my mails oder anything else for weeks. Also I have already paid for the whole order.
Tracking is impossible so I don't know what to do as they won't reply.
Waiting for Klarna to help me getting my money back at least.
Ordered there two times before, everything went well but after this time feeling so damn left alone with my issues I can't recommend ordering there sorry.
