Got the sweater about a month ago. I ordered both this sweater and the lakes sweater and the embroidery on each was disappointing. The sweater is soft, but the embroidery on the fish looks like it was snagged. The embroidery overall seems very thin and shows a lot of blue from underneath. Tried to contact them for an exchange (twice) and never heard back so communication is really lacking.
