Not happy about hte customer service, quality of the products is fine

The corset is nice and of good quality, though the size chart has weird mesaures. I bought an xl (which according to the indicated mesaure should have been fine) and it was way too big. The worst part was the delivery, my purchase was supposed to arrive in two weeks instead it was delivered after a month. I tried to reach out to someone for further informations but nobody replied, I wrote to the instagram account, on the website and at the email address, but nothing. Plus if you have to return an item, you have to pay yourself the shipping cost. Worst customer service ever
