Refund, Exchange, and Shipping Policies

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and, where possible, in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your order number and name with the item.

The return postage cost is to covered by the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customised items. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards.


Exchanges
If you would like to return an item you have for a different product, once the return is accepted and refunded by Ari Embroidery Studio, you are make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you would like to return an item for a different variation such as size or colour, where the price of the two goods are the same, you may communicate your desired exchange product to us via email at aristasisltd@hotmail.com and return the product.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 6 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Ari Embroidery Studio reserves the rights to dispute a chargeback filed by the buyer under Credit Not Processed if we have attempted to refund you upon request and you have not allowed at least 6 business days for the refund transaction to be go through before filing for a chargeback under this code.
